Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm just wondering has anyone got a problem like me. I am an awful worrier and will worry about everything, my parents, brothers and sisters... Sometimes i get so wound up about it that i can't sleep. I am always checking up on them to see what they are up to. wondering if they are happy, drinking too much, unwell etc.

Most of my family laugh the way I worry and tell me i'm turning into a right pain.
i wish more than anything that i could stop as i know i'm driving my husband mad. I'm not on looking for sympathy i would just like to see if anyone knows how to deal with this, or someone who's like me...

    Thanks

I used to be a terrible at worrying about money and bills, so on but since I live far away from my family I have been more worried about them as they are getting older. However I soon grew out of that as worrying doesn't do anyone any good. It makes others annoying and it causes lack of sleep as you mentioned other things. You will just have to ask yourself a question when you get some time to yourself, "Is worrying really doing me any good, what is its purpose?" You are probably not alone.

Worry without action accomplishes nothing and is annoying. Can you solve some of the things you worry about? If yes, then solve them. If not, then put them out of your mind.
