Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

VNC on XDA Exec

I have VNC installed on my home PC. I would like to connect to it from my XDA Exec. I've tried the Java Applet through PIE and OperaM from my XDA Exec but they both seem to not work.

Is this down to the XDA Execs distinct lack of Java related abilities?

Can anyone suggest an alternative? I can't seem to find a version of VNC Viewer for the XDA Exec.

Thanks tom. I actually found that program elsewhere, but it wouldn't work for me. That page you've linked me to suggests it won't work with version 4! Which could be a reason!

Gonna try it out now with backwards compatibility on.

    Cheers

Try www.logmein.com instead, I found it much better than VNC or terminal services, and it is also free.
