    Notes from developer statement (presumably including the site author's dodgy grammer and spelling) on the EVE banking scam (some guy folded a player bank with $170,000 worth of player currency)

    fair play to him.

    its within the rules. ccp cannot ban him unless he tries to sell the money on ebay.

    unless he has an alt that nobody knows his cash is fairly worthless. but still fair play to him.

    If you get scammed its your own fault for trusting the person.

    This is why Eve is has so much more lastability (is that even a word?) then any other mmo's. It gives the players the chance to decide, which is very rare in online gaming. You can do anything within the game engine, and ccp wont do anything about it (which i love)
