Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi folks im looking for the cheapest available 42" flat panel non-hd.
    I just need a bog standard 1 for use as a 2nd tv.

    Why would you want it without HD??? I think they all come HD ready nowadays!

    Also, if you go for the cheapest you will more than likely be looking at poor quality picture and sound.

    Powercity have some good prices! Avoid Harvey Norman, they were charging and extra €600 for the tv I was looking at.

    I just need a bog standard TV for use as a monitor and 2nd tv.
    There will be no HD source connected to the TV so no point wasting cash on getting a HD tv that wont use HD!

    what if in a year you want to connect a hddvd player to it? I see your reasoning, but i think you might regret it buying a non hd version now

    well since i have a HD tv all ready i dont need a second one! i just need a 2nd bog standard 42" for another room.
    There is no need for HD as no HD source will be connected to it.

    Any body got ideas where to look?
