    Hi,

Does anyone know from experience what is the best public transport option to get to citywest from city centre.

I see the number 50 dublin bus goes from ringsend, is supposed to take an hour. Is this realistic or is it longer?

What about the private buses? I see http://www.circlelinebus.com/
have a direct bus from town and a feeder bus from luas.

    How long does each take?

    Thanks in advance

I'd say the 65B bus is your best bet, goes from the city centre right out to Citywest, and it's a reliable service too.

The 65b and 50 both take an hour or more depending on traffic, there is a private bus that goes from westmoreland street every half hour thats meant to be a bit quicker, or you could get the luas to tallaght and then a feeder bus.
