At long last we come to the end of the festival season and say goodbye to the summer and hello to the students as we kick off September at Acii Disco. Last week seen Techno Legend Francois and Electro duo Sourcecode strutt their stuff at The Hub for what was another great party in the Temple Bar venue. Over the next four weeks we welcome even more of Dublin’s own to the club and give them a chance to do their thing.

This week we have Spin 103.8 DJ DAVE DAVIN playing alongside up and coming, soon to be star, electro house producer ROB HAWK. Dave is known for his weekly radio show dirty disco which does exactly what is says on the tin, offering a weekly mix of dirty house grooves.

Rob has recently hit the big time and has jus signed the ever popular track "So Shockin" to Gung Ho records. It has already seen plays from some of the biggest names in dance music and features on a total of three Ministry Of Sound compilations including Paul Jackson’s "its only a mixtape vol 2" it is currently number two in the download charts and continues to take Ibiza by storm as one of the party islands anthems of 2006. Expect a chuggy mix of sleazed up smutty beats from both. For more info hit www.myspace.com/djrobhawk

As we continue into September we will see the ever popular HYSTEREO make their debut on the 16th alongside resident AL KEEGAN. September 23rd will be Acii Discos first installment of breaks at the club as F.O.O.D resident SIMON F takes over for the first in a series of nights called "Simon Says Disco". Finally, the last Saturday of the month the 30th STEPHEN MC CARROLL makes his return to the big smoke to play for the Acii Disco revelers and will be joined on the night by newly crowned resident JONATHAN WOODS.

We have a total of 20 double passes to give away the club this week and e7 entry for anybody sporting their Electric Picnic band from last weeks festival, it doesn’t have to be around your arm jus show it to the girl on the door! To win a double pass simply answer this question –
