    Hey,

    I currently live with the folks in Whitehall, but there is a new development going up in Shangan, and it is just withing my budget, so I am thinking of making the move.
    I kinda know the area, but I don't know anyone who lives there (although I have friends Shanliss and Coultry) anyhow, I was wondering -

    Those in the know, what is the area like?

    Nice place to live?
