Can't access animals & pets forum?

I just get the - "you don't have access to this page message"? I can't even see the forum on the main list of forums? I wanted to post some pics of my new Doberman pups - don't worry they won't bite. Well they try but at 10 weeks old they are not much good at it yet. :rolleyes:
