Hey hey, Just wondering if there is any news on a tralee juggling convention this year?

Hi all,

Had a few queries so decided its time to put the dates out there. Fri 24th-Sun 26th November, Tralee 6th juggling convention. Little bit early for much news but we have the hall, and theatre booked. Also am just confirming some tasty acts!! Also am looking at a nice, really nice, renegade venue, more details to follow.....

The Tralee Juggling Convention takes place in Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland
on 24/5/6 November. There’ll be pints, Workshops, games, Public show and
the legendary Tralee Renegade show. The convention costs 18 Euro.
Artists will include Jeremy James, Marco Paoletti and Tumble Circus.

Here’s the schedule:
Fri 24th Nov Greyhound Bar beergarden Pembroke Street Tralee
(go through main bar to beergarden) meeting up, band, djs.

Sat 25th Nov 9am KDYS Hall Denny St. Tralee hall opens for

4 for public show.
5pm Siamsa Tire Theatre Tralee Public show Circus Siamsa (6 tasty acts
booked)
7pm Renegade venue Park Veiw room Brandon Hotel Conference Centre (very
near Siamsa Tire.) More juggling here till start of renegade
9pm renegade. After renegade, fire show and djs.

Sun 26th Hall opens 9am for more juggling and workshops.
Games at 2ish in the town park.




BTW I'm currently burning copies of my various Convention DVDs, if you're after one in particular let me know so I'll know how many to bring to Tralee...

There's been a room change for the renegade, it's now in the main hall in the brandon conference center. this room can accomadate about 500 people seated for a meal, so there should be loads of room for everyone:D
i'm getting reasonably solid with 4 balls. ish.:D

by the way, are there any more conventions coming up in the near future?

hey, i have a camera that i found in tralee. think i got it in the hotel where the renrgade was sat. nite.

not sure of the make, don't have it to hand. it was in a black case, with a few extra battries in it.

if u own let me know, and i'll try to get it back 2u asap. also ask if anyone has lost a camera.

Just finished the Tralee '06 DVD.. Its the full 2hours 59mins long. Might require an 18s cert too after that renegade... Hopefully I'll make a 3min version to put online in the next week or so...
