Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any educational linux podcasts out there?

Hey guys, as the title suggests - I'm wondering are there any cool downloadable podcasts that'd give me a better understanding of linux and its innards.
I've been absolutely hooked on the Security Now podcasts (which primarily deal with windows/internet/security), but I'm running out of their huge backlog of episodes and now I'm wondering if there are any decent equivalents for linux... not necessarily security focused, but generally educational.

A quick google reveals that there are infact linux oriented podcasts, but do any of you have any specific reccomendations for someone who's relatively inexperienced with *nix?

You voluntarily listen to Steve Gibson wibble about tinfoil-hat security matters?

Yeah I'm glued to them... while other guys my age are out shagging, I'm snuggled up in bed listening to Steve and Leo talk about public key encryption.
Learning stuff with your eyes closed rocks IMO.
    Reclusive geek? moi?

Anyway, you won't be calling them paranoid when someone man-in-the-middles your goat pr0n browsing because you didn't route your http traffic through an encrypted VPN... or something.

LugRadio is a great Linux podcast. It's not so much technical and social. :)
