Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What did they say when you rang them up and asked last time?

At first they said it was the entire area that was a problem. I got a call later that day(after repeated calls from me) saying that I was cut off for not paying the bill. I had just signed up and it turns out that they tried to withdraw the money from the dd account without the bank having the written authorisation. Of course the bank refused the transaction because they had no form.

Either they never sent the form in, they sent the form but the Irish post lived up to its high standards, or the bank hadn't processed it. I don't know exactly, I'm not the billpayer.

Since tis more confusion than you just not paying , wouldn't it be better if they capped you to say isdn speed and left you connected until it was sorted ?

This isn't a reaction to the bill-paying, I had a call from them two hours before I lost the connection saying that everything was sorted. And this was nothing to do with the bill, this was to do with the problems in the area. Two hours later, and the connection is down again. And there is no-one I can contact over the weekend.
