Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can a BT Broadband user please let me know the username format when connecting to the net for the first time. Is it
    <username@btbb.ie> and the password?

Also, Using "Joe Blogs" as an example i know it should be:

    JoeBlogs@btbb

but what format is the password? Like i need someone to tell me what format the password is using Joe Blogs as the example? Like what way is it worded and also if any number or anything mixed in it?

My username is @iolbb and my password is a word I specified when I signed up, there's no set format afaik.

Aye, Grimey is right. Both username and password are chosen at sign up. You have the username format correct. joeblogs@btbb (or @iolbb, depending on the exchange). If you don't know the password then the only way to get it is to ring tech support.

Why would it be different based on exchange?

When I signed up the install instructions said it should be @BTBB but that wouldn't work for me. Tech support told me to use @iolbb as it worked on all exchanges and @BTBB only worked on some. That was over a year ago so it may be sorted now.
EDIT: Just changed to @BTBB and it works now. :)
