Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's a bit weird - are you sure they don't mean they only accept credit cards issued by irish banks? Limiting it to Bank of Ireland only is definetly very retarded.

I think they will accept any credit cards, but only certain laser cards. My laser card is with AIB, but it has 19 Digits in the number and they wouldn't accept it. My AIB Credit Card worked fine. It has 16 Digits in the number. As far as I am aware, BOI Laser cards also have 16 Digits in the number.

Can you buy V3x in normal stores (e.g. 3G, Carphone Warehouse etc.) for this price of €99?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,324 ✭✭✭chrislad

Nope. It's online only. 199 elsewhere.

I just got this phone unlocked. I'm now on Vodafone. Is there anyway I can use the 3G network? I think I can get GPRS ok, but so far no high speed 3G. I spoke to Vodafone customer care. They said there were no 3G settings for this phone, even though they are selling them. Can I enter the settings manually?
