Any Oracle course recommendations?

As per the title. I've done the DBA thing and have moved into Oracle development, primarily PL/SQL along with some web stuff. I am debating if it is worth looking for a certification in Oracle development (already have an MSc.). Is it? If so, can anyone recommend any good training companies in Dublin City center?
