How come I got banned?!

Hi there! My registered username is adam_f and I logged in a few minutes ago and it said I was banned? Can anyone tell me why?! I posted 3 messages over the last two days and the only reason I can think of why I got banned is because I cursed (a little bit!) in them. Could I please be unbanned if I promise not to curse…
