Help!: 'Inadequate O/S privilages'

I keep getting this message form Punk Buster every time I log on to a server.:( What does this mean? How can I solve it? Thanks in advance:) P.S I uninstalled the game (when I had no problems) and now ive reinstalled it (and it wont work):(

Are you logged in as an Administrator on your computer?

Also, ensure that the Battlefield folder is not "read-only".
