Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a phone here, a Samsung ZV10. It's still within the 12 months it was initially purchased but its gone to sh1t lately - physically its in great condition, but the battery only lasts about literally 2 hours, with or without use.

The only problem is that it was bought the other side of the country - how do I go about returning it? I still have receipt...

Batteries only have a warranty of 6 months on most manufactuers warranties.

If you bought it in a chain store then bring it back to your nearest branch.

It sounds like it's grand except for the battery, in which case you're out of luck, as batteries generally aren't covered by warranty.

Your best bet is to pick up a new battery. You might be able to get one "on the cheap" on eBay.
