samsung zv10 USB Data Cable

Hi all,
I have a Samsung ZV10 mobile phone. It came with a USB data cable. I tried plugging it into comp and then my phone but it won't work saying I have to pick a programme to run it with or insert a disc. No disk came with it. I don't have the handbook as I accidentally threw it out.
Any idea?

Thanks very much. I'm trying to install it now but it doesn't seem to be compatible with my version of windows.
