how much do you want to spend? Companies like Cartronics in Santry (018623644) retro fit leather interiors.

Lots of E46 owners would like a leather interior, so it's usually the first thing to go from a crashed one.

first off try the lads on bmw-driver.net for some advice

second if you are getting one get the sport one, much nicer than the std one
