Can someone help please. I can't log in on my laptop as I have only a blank screen. It was fine earlier when I was on to Askaboutmoney:confused: . Can someone help please.

I can't log in on my laptop as I have only a blank screen. It was fine earlier when I was on to Askaboutmoney . Incidentally does anyone know if that site is down now. I'm having difficulty in accessing it on my desktop.

Sounds like you have a virus......try safe mode, pressing F8 or F5 during startup (before the "windows" logo appears) should get you the options,read instructions and you'll be fine.See if that works...
