Eircom ,Kildare slow,seems to be after 7pm issue?

    Just back from holliers and noticing pings of 50-100-200 and above at times on my usual game servers.
    Done a modem restart a few times etc,tracerts and traceroutes are very slow to pretty much everywhere too.
    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Ok it was fine all day and like lastnight once 7pm comes about my pings go sky high.
    I never had this issue before,anyone else experiencing it?
