    Woke up this morning after training last night with the back very stiff and the familiar aches that are the early stages of shin splints. Not good, was thinking it might happen after a while on the hard astro ground but didn't think it'd happen on grass.

    Only thing for it is rest so I'll see how it goes for next week but defo won't play this weekend.

    Anyone who is injured or whatever should still come down tomorrow. We only have a limited number of sessions before the league so even to show your face would be beneficial.

    Also Des may wanna run through some tactics, formations etc with people and its far easier doing it if everyone is there, even if it's only for a chat.
