Coming from the dual carraigeway from the Merriot to the Tuam road roundabout at Monaghons garage I noticed a squad car had closed the last exit (the Tuam Road into Galway by riverside) exit. Saw loads of flashing lights (could have been fire brigade/squad cars) further down that road. It was about 9:30pm. Anyone know what…
