I'm guessing "draggin" is basically driving along dragging a piece of metal uunder your car so you leave a sparky trail behind you?
I looked at the http://www.damageincclub.com site the video is linked to, but the forum just seems to have people posting how "tight" the video is, which doesnt really clarify!

Apart from the obviously multiple reasons why this would be a stupid thing to do can anyone clarify if this is what it boils down to ?

Draggin or Ass Draggin is the front wheel drive way of drifting more or less. Be it on metal dinir trays or milk crates. or by means of the hand brake.
