Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

program installation in college

    sorry if this is the wrong forum.
    I am trying to install PokerStars on the computer at college, but it wont let me save it to the progam files directory.
    Its windows 2000 professional.
    I dont really know what im doing so if anyone could point me in the right direction or tell me how to get around the system id be grateful.

    although im not sure if it can be done???

    Is it a college computer? If so program installation is probably blocked

    yep its a college computer. is there anyway to get around it and install programs?

    YES but,
    it's academic because if you did install it, you would get caught and you would not be allowed to use college computers afterwards, or maybe even the college

    consider that the fines for dodgy software are in the order of €127,000 and you a feel how much they like people to install any software on their PC's

    In other words
