Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi there, have an Excel worksheet used to keep customers details. Anyway, recent upgrade from office 97 to 2003, also sharing workshare with others in the office. Recently when someone changes a cell, say date of birth, the contents of the next three cells in the column are changed next I open the document. Anyone see this before? Is it to do with sharing?
    Thanks in advance.

If you change say the the DOB of one customer then the DOB of the customer two rows down will change and again the customer four rows down will also change to the same. The rest of the fields in the row remain the same.

the obvious thing is that it sounds like theres a formula in place.
without seeing the spreadsheet i couldnt say for certain.

you could try pasting all the dat to a new sheet
right click "paste special" then select values to see if that fixes the issue [any forumals will be removed]

press F2 in one of the cells and read off the formula. it should tell you what is happening. post formula on here if you wish

Sorry for the delay in replying, away for a few weeks. Must have had a few formulas scattered around the spreadsheet. Anyway creating new spreadsheet and using paste special seems to have done the trick. Thanks again.
