    This week Acii Disco welcomes F.O.O.D (**** off or dance) to the club for the first in a series of one off breaks nights.

    F.O.O.D is the brainchild and creation of Dublin based breaks maestro Simon F, born in 2001 F.O.O.D ran for two years on Friday nights in the by now infamous Switch. It is still regarded as one of the most infamous Friday club nights the capital has ever seen and has been responsible for bringing to some of the worlds biggest breaks players to Dublin, from BLIM to SI BEGG to KRAFTY CUTS. It has also showcased some of Irelands finest breaks DJ's and acts. With Numerous residency’s and guest slots all over Ireland and beyond, and a new record label DMR, Simon looks to be at the forefront of the Irish underground scene for quite sometime to come.

    Simon will be joined on the night by the extremely talented and technically gifted Mel O Dee for a mix of what he likes to call Funk Nasty. Expect an uber cool, slick dick mash up of old and new Skool Breaks, Funky Electro and 4/4 House burgers without the cheese from Mel and from Simon - expect the unexpected!
