Window Rubber Sealer?

I recently bought a house and it has double glazed windows. The previous owner had them installed by his mate about a year ago I think.

There is a draft coming in through the window doors and the frames and I was wondering if there is some kind of rubber sealer or draft excluder that I can stick/glue onto the frame/door to seal the "gaps". Some of the windows are so crooked that if you bent slightly down on your knees you can see the outside light.

Any ideas if and where to buy this? Or even a better suggestion other than replacing them? Thanks in advanced.
