Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

BT broadband fault in 09x area

I was over at my father in laws place yesterday trying to set
him up with his new Zyxel DSL router to connect to BT broadband.
I phoned the tech support line (had to wait almost an hour
to speak to someone). There was a pre-recorded info bulletin
to say that they were experiencing difficulties/fault in the
09X (Galway/Mayo) phone area with broadband. Eventually
the tech supp guy confirmed this. He told me the problem only
    occurred yesterday.

    Anyone have an update ?
If its sorted I'll head over to him today to setup his connection.

I think they have an e-mail address also for residential broadband.
I may try firing a query at them.
