Need Dynamic Quiz System

    does anyone know of an attractive quiz system (preferably in flash rather than standard HTML) where I can allow users who login (using details stored within a database) to complete a quiz.
    There needs to be the ability for admins to create additional tests and also for the results of tests to be recorded in the DB.
    I have seen some and they do part of the requirements but all.

    The budget would be small enough and Im not sure (without knowing your company's rates) if it would cover a new design unfortunatley.
