Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

motorola phone tools

    hi all,

    im having trouble with motorola phone tool but i don't know why, i install it and everything is fine until it goes to phone setup, my phone is connected up properly with the USB cable and my phone lights up and there is a sound from my pc to let me know it is connected right but everytime it just says phone can not be detected, i don't know why because its connected up to my pc fine.:mad:

    any ideas, thanks!

    you may need to update s/w to recognise your handset model
    check correct installation if you see in control panel > modems > motorola usb modem
