Smart telecom speed

I am on smart bb with 3 mb down load speed and 256 upload speed, When I ran a test it came back with results down load speed 34,656 bps, and upload speed 144,120 bps, can someone tell me in a simple way what does that mean,

I also ran the blacknight speed test, and results are up load 272kbps and down load 40.5 kbps, am I getting what I am paying for is my speed ok ie average or not thanks

You should be gtting better results than that. Log on to the forums at Smart for advice on what to check for.

Test on smart gave following results download speed 40.8 kbps & upload 269kbps does this sound ok thanks, I dont understand all the kbps stuff
