BT Netsmart/Flat Rate down?

    Hi,
    My primary ISP is BT using their NetSmart package and dialling in to 1332103001236
    Since Friday night I get an engaged tone.
    Dialling into IOL using 1890924042 is working fine
    I recently changed phone provider from Eircom to Gaelic Telecom and it occured to me today that this might be the cause?
    Gaelic Telecom's customer care isn't open on Sunday:( and I know from bitter experience that I could be holding for an hour or more for BT :mad: Sent them an e-mail on Friday night and had no response
    Anyone else having problems with BT?
