oh boy.

It appears the guy who wrote that (Dr. Hugh Cort III - "His spiritual talent is the gift of encouragement", apparently.) also wrote a book entitled Saddam's Attacks on America: 1993; September 11, 2001; and the Anthrax Attacks: A freewheeling and hard-hitting commentary on the life-threatening problems facing America and the prescription for their cure., so I wouldn't put too much faith in his analysis.
