Is there any kitchen companies out there that will do the following:

Remove old kitchen, install new and take care of electricals, plumbing, tiling and painting?

Most companies I spoke to only want to install new kitchen and not deal with the rest, which means I have to deal with 3/4 other tradesmen for electrical/plumbing/tiling and painting?

Also, I was looking at importing a nice German kitchens. Has anyone ever bought a German kitchen and how does it compare to the usual UK and Irish kitchens?
