    This is the letter I received today from the ISP that was approved last November through Noel's Group scheme initiative to bring our area BB. I would like to no how many of these group schemes actual got off the ground? It's just a lot of broken promises if you ask me.

    I regret to inform you that I am unable to deliver broadband to your areas
    at present. I have contacted the Department of Communications regarding this
    and am meeting with South West Regional Authority representatives to discuss
    the matter.
