Well just the same as a veggie one I presume but substitute the milk in the white sauce for a non dairy milk and grate some non dairy cheese on the top.

Thats how I have made them before. Its always really tasty to roast your veggies you are using in the oven first for about 30 mins mmmmm geting very hungry just thinking about it!!

As am not a big pasta eater does anyone know if you can get lasagne sheets in spinach or rice pasta - like you get the shells and other shapes in the health food shops??
