Bye Bye, La Romana!

One of Limerick's finest restaurants, La Romana on O'Connell St. is to close What a Shame, i really liked this restaurant and used always go there if i wanted a decent Italian Meal.

Liked it too - they had a good atmosphere, very nice staff & very nice food.....

.....Had a head waiter/manager guy, dark receding hair, 35ish who was one of the biggest *&?£|!£s - repeatedly condscending to an unfortunate cash wielding public - I'll put closure down to his charm and people skills.

yes this is awful news, i myself have been to La Romana quite a lot. A really really nice place.Why has it closed?

Anyone know the name of the new restaurant that opened where La Romana was & if you've eaten there is it worth a visit?
