Yakuma DVD stopped working

    Brought the DVD player upstairs to use it with a different TV, and it seems to have stopped working - it sticks on "Loading" or plays a couple of minutes of the DVD and then stops.

    It's a cheapo Yakuma I got from Argos a couple of years ago.

    Is there anything I can do to get it going again?

    And if not, what's a good cheap DVD player that will play DVDs from all over the world?
