Phone Sockets

Friends; I did not find any phone sockets in the apatment in CharelsLand Park, and when I checked with the Estate Agent he send a man to check for the wires in the apartment, he told me that the wires is avaliable and the sockets will be provided by eircom.. Is that true?? thanks
