Can't say that I'm exactly amazed with any of them myself but at least they're free.

Are these going to be applied retroactively to characters who already exist?

As far as I know, yes. You'll have the option of using new costume parts with existing characters, and I think you get free costume changes tokens for them.

With the addition of the kilt, I'm quite tempted to make a somewhat over sized Nac Mac Feegle brute / scrapper

The rewards will be available to all characters you have at the time of the rewards becoming active as well as all future characters you might create. Think the current estimate for ETA is late October/early November (it's part of I8).

I've just gotten back into this, 8 months active account though, so I'll get a few of the rewards. All I want is the trenchcoat and the sprint powers.
