Bank Of Ireland Smartsave account vouchers - what are they?

I opened a bank of ireland smartsave account last week, they said they would post me out some vouchers. The letter arrived this morning confirming the account and enclosed vouchers, but there were no vouchers in the envelope.

Does anyone know what type of vouchers they are? There's no point contacting the bank about the absent vouchers if they're worthless.

contact the financial regulator IFSRA , you have been mis sold a product by a bank (because the vouchers never came) and that should be worth a few extra vouchers :D
