Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Accessing Eircom Gateway through Proxy?

I used to get wireless internet access from work on my apple laptop but ever since the router was connected to a proxy server I seem to have lost it. I can't even access the eircom broadband gateway from my office Mac now so that i can check to see that the enable wireless option is still on. does anyone know away around…

What did the person who connected the proxy server say?

I would imagine that the proxy server was put in to "manage" access to the internet, and it'd be a bit pointless to do that if wireless users could bypass the proxy server by connecting to the gateway directly.
