It looks fine, but you might get a better response in the new Building&Upgrading forum here.

Just looking, i understand your reason for goin with the raptor, but that might fill up very quickly, have you looked at a larger hard drive i.e. Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2 16MB 7200RPM

Your CPU cooler isn't the correct socket type.
Core 2 Duo is Socket 775.
    You'd be looking for
VapoChill Micro Ultra Low Noise (Socket 775) (06-L-0017) (HS-007-VP)
It works out 45p cheaper too. Bonus ;)

I'd also recommend getting the ArticClean with the Artic Silver. Just in case you don't get it right first time.

Sweet rig. If you are overclocking go with the E6600. It will save you some money and can overclock very easily to E6700 speeds.

Save yourself some money on the Ocz ram (i know its a nice price) & go for either Gskill hz or Team xtreem, they clock much better than Ocz & have better timings. I'm sorry i didn't. I've seen them hitting over 1100mhz.

Edit: Drop down to pc6400 ram, check my sig, i've got my ram running faster at 4:5, and with a 6700 your fsb would be lower cos of your higher multi. What speed do you think your gonna hit?
