we all think it's Sirius's brother Regulus, and the A is his middle name, named after his Uncle Arphard(I think that was his name)

Everyone seems to think its Regulus A. Black. Apparently in the Dutch version of the book it read R.A.Z. and his name is Regulus Zwart (Dutch for Black). All clues seem to point that way anyway, but I'd love to be surprised!
