Any reputable joinery should be able to supply any style of door, in your chosen timber.

But when using ash or oak, its best to use a joinery that has adopted a laminating policy for the styles, as this reduces any possibility of doors warping or twisting. This is not the same as an engineered laminated door.

When laminating door styles for oak, ash ect. Each door style is constructed from 2 pieces of timber , 24x125 glued together. When set this is re run through a moulder to give a finished door style of 44x115 or similar.
