There are many forums this could go in, but because of the comedy value, it deserves humour.
It's a hidden camera Japanese tv show in a sauna. Don't worry if you don't understand what's going on at first, it all becomes self explanatory once the joke starts.
And make sure you wait til the second prank. It's funnier than the first.

The first one is another hidden camera one.
The second is probably the cruellest game show in existence. It's set in a library and the contestants have to keep as quiet as possible. This being Japan of course, it's a little difficult.
The toilet one above is also good. There's an extended version of it around you tube as well.
