Small accident..

Long story short, Lady reversed her jeep tow into front of the car - got out and admitted responsibility. Decided to report to guards afterwards - they rang back saying that the lady said that it was the other way around... Two whitnesses - one in each car Whats gonna happen...

If this case goes to court and is defended successfully the defendant should get an order for costs against the claimant.

However, if the insurance company does not get all of it's outlay back they may well stop or step back the defendant's no claim bonus !! Bummer ......:mad:
