I was checking my download stats today to see how much I had downloaded last month, like to try and stay under the cap. When I checked the stats I got an odd surprise. Is this payback for all the times I did exceed my cap? It also says that i will have the lower cap of 30gigs next month. Even though my cap this month seems to be 0.

This happeneing to anyone else or is it a glitch or some such?
