Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I know Im a bit early but Im realy looking forward to my first xmas (and halloween) in Dublin.Please can anyone tell me about any events,markets ect going on in Dublin at xmas and also how well is halloween celabrated here,is it a big thing (I need to know how many sweeties to buy lol and if its worth stoping in for my bday or if there is somthing good going on that I can go and do instead)

    Short of living in an area with lots of kids, holloween isn't much. (A few bangers going off for about a month either side of it) You'll generally find a few good parties or gigs though. Christmas too is always cool for gigs. Really depends on what you're looking for. What sort of things are you after?

    I like gong to anything realy.
    Ive been trying to see if there are any type of markets round dublin and what days they are on.Ive heard they have one round temple bar which Id like to know more about.
    I like the sound of the ice scateing to,things like that.
    I like gigs not realy into night life ie pubs and clubs.
    Also anyone know what day the market is on up Smithfield and were you can get a realy xmas tree near xmas
